The Phil and Vernah Williams Historic Railroad Park is almost complete!! We are so excited to share our newest addition to our Railroad Park!! Our benches and historic sign were installed!!! We have bench sponsorship plaques and commemorative bricks available for those that would like to support our project and historic roots with a legacy for the future and help us finish our railroad park project!!
This has truly been such an exciting and beautiful addition to our park project and I feel blessed beyond words to get to share my vision and work on this park with the community!! ♥️ Have a seat, walk around the park, take pictures, learn about our railroad history, and see the great work the Clovis Area Train Society is doing on the restoration of our historic 9005 locomotive!! Almost done Clovis, help us finish the project!

Join us downtown for a day full of activities! Visit our downtown merchants and businesses for open houses and holiday shopping specials!! Meet Santa and Mrs. Claus and take photos at our all new Railroad Park starting at 1:30pm, then join us at the library at 3pm for crafts, model train display, and a live reading of the Nutcracker while sipping hot cocoa and enjoying cookies!! Then find your spot and get ready for the most exciting event of all, the Clovis MainStreet Christmas Lights Parade!!! The parade will start at 14th and Main at 6pm and continue all the way down to 2nd and Main!! Celebrate the holidays with all your friends and neighbors together!! We can’t wait to see you there!!
Clovis MainStreet and Clovis Community College have teamed up with a great group of students and muralist and art instructor, Michael Longhofer, to create a wonderful piece of art downtown for our community to enjoy for years to come! Watch as the mural progresses from week to week on our facebook page and see if you can guess the meaning behind the design!!
